Ease into yoga is an entry-level introduction to the practice of yoga, accessible to anyone, including those who feel they are not ready for a full-on studio class experience. Ease Into Yoga is for everyone and anyone who is interested or simply curious about the practice of yoga. The class will consist of basic poses and breathing exercises. Join us, ease on in and see what yoga can do for you.

Jonny Smalls was first exposed to yoga and the concept of Seva, or selfless service, at the Shree Muktananda Ashram in South Fallsburg, New York while attending a Shaktipat Intensive in 1991. He left the path only to re-discover yoga and meditation while on a quest for self-knowledge in 2007. For the last decade, he has consistently practiced and explored in-depth several styles of yoga: Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and most recently Kundalini. He completed his RYT200 Teacher Training Course at Siddhi Yoga, Dharamsala India in 2014. Jonny is a born teacher, who is passionate about sharing what he loves.
