This week, through Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations, we will focus on cultivating an attitude of gratitude.
The objective of Kundalini Yoga is to awaken the full potential of every person and help them become more aware of the unlimited Self. It is meant to clear any inner duality, create the power to deeply listen, cultivate inner stillness, and prosper and deliver excellence in all that we do.

Laura is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. She completed her Level 1 Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India in 2012 with Golden Bridge Yoga and has traveled to Europe and the Middle East to complete Level 2 and 3 training courses in Authentic Relationships and the 21 Stages of Meditation. Laura is a member of the Golden Drum community and a student of Maestro Manuel Rufino, to whom she is infinitely grateful.
