Bhagat Bir/Istvan Kosa

Bhagat Bir/Istvan Kosa started practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2011. After initial intense practice and study, he realized that the technology of Kundalini Yoga is powerful, has the capacity to heal, transform lives and relationships. Kundalini was what he wanted to practice and perfect and share with others. He trained under the Sat Jivans at Kundalini Yoga East (KYE) in Manhattan, along with Angad Kaur and many other amazing teachers on staff. At KYE, he completed his Level One Teacher Training and continued on with Level Two. He completed Level Two training with Nirvair Singh, CEO of the Kundalini Research Institute in Española, New Mexico, along with others on staff. He is a strong believer in sadhana and wants to share the practice as a pure channel for the teachings.  He believes its our birthright to be prosperous, Healthy, Happy and Holy.  Come to a class and get your head right and maybe earn some wizard stripes!
