What to expect in class
Intro - Mantra repetition and breathe description of what we are to do in class that day each class is specific to external environment and seasonal changes
Pranayama- 30 mins of breath practices ment to extend the breath and bring up on an extension of the vital force
Asana - 40 min of posture movment and flow to heat the body and bring up and strong healthy and maintained physical state
Meta- short time of meditation and inner reflection ending with shivasana
My name is Kacper Chudzik I have been studying and training yoga since 2011. I studied and trained under Jeff Migdow at the New York Open Center of Holistic Health. My training in Prana Yoga was more focused on the subtle aspects of yoga like mantra, breathwork, and the layout of the energetic body.
