During this Anahata Session healing evening, we gather to honor the enlightenment of the Buddha, celebrated as Wesak—a sacred time of awakening, renewal, and deepened presence. Together, we will be gently guided into the practice of chanting simple yet powerful mantras, allowing the mind to settle, the heart to open, and the inner being to clear and realign. Through these shared vibrations, we extend peace not only within ourselves, but outward into the collective field.
We will also enter a meditative, creative space through a guided mandala coloring practice, offering a moment to slow down, reflect, and connect with the quiet intelligence of the heart. As the evening unfolds, there will be time to rest, receive, and integrate, culminating in a gentle flower blessing accompanied by live songs and healing sounds. This closing ritual invites you to soften, reconnect, and attune to the subtle beauty and harmony of these sacred energies.
We will close the session with a collective integration, allowing what has surfaced to gently land. Together, we weave a moment of nourishment for the heart and mind—harmonizing with the rhythm of the season as we unfold and come into our full Springtime expression.
In each Anahata Session, participants are guided through a unique, heart-centered journey that may include practices such as tarot, sound healing, lightwork, reiki, astrology, and ayurveda. Each month’s offerings are carefully selected to inspire insight, facilitate transformation, and bring the mind, body, and spirit into deeper alignment with the self, the earth, and the cosmos.
