Sacred Song School
Music is one of the deepest forms of prayer and healing that we carry with us throughout our lives. To learn, carry and sing a sacred song is an ability we all have, we simply need to tap into it. In our school, we invite you to tap into your own ability to use sacred song as a study, practice and way of prayer and expression.

Experience the unifying force of a group singing and playing guitar together. If you haven’t ever had the opportunity. It is an incredible way to practice and bring more confidence to your offering!
Brooke and Shola will share songs accompanied by guitar. This workshop is appropriate for beginner or advanced guitarists. The songs are easy to learn. We will practice the chord progressions and learn the songs and sing them together.
A basic understanding of guitar is necessary to attend the class.

Dream Seed Sound Healer Training Classes
The Dream Seed Sound Healer Training Program is an immersive multi-cultural/inter-tribal course designed to give people a hands-on approach to facilitating sound healing sessions. By bridging the fields of sacred music, energy work, and healing traditions, participants will strengthen their capacity as sound workers and will walk away with the skills and knowledge to be able to incorporate sound into healing sessions and meditative environments.
This introductory course on facilitating sound healing work (private sessions, sound baths, etc.) covers what sound healing is, why it works, how vibration impacts consciousness, and will discuss ancient uses of the practice up to the present day. Video course length: 10.5 hours.
In this workshop, we will study the science of overtones, experience the power that overtones contain, and practice creating and manipulating overtones using various instruments, including gongs, crystal and metal bowls, tuning forks, handpans, monochords, abuelo flutes, didgeridoos, handpans, the human voice and more. Course length: 10.5 hours.
Join Dream Seed for an intensive journey into using sound for transformation and healing with a special focus on working with the sounds of the four elements: air, fire, water and earth.
Tap into the African music tradition, filled with inspirational songs, sounds and rhythms that have spread across the globe and influenced many other genres of music. This program will feature a concert with Kevin Nathaniel and his Afro-Roots ensemble and a full day of workshops on African song, rhythm, and music. Approximate video runtime is 10.5 hours.
Practices for Sound Healers is workshop that will cover the depth of the discipline and energetic hygiene required to begin to be a sound healing practitioner. We will study a holistic approach to working with sound as a healing modality, with additional guidance on working with a sound healing altar, working with the 4 elements, and developing your own personal meditation and yoga practices to empower your work. This program will give practitioners the tools needed to understand the depth and consciousness on how to hold space, how to guide passengers into a place of equanimity, and sustain balance in yourself while working with many different people and energies.
In this workshop participants are guided on how to use the medicine of their voice through singing, chanting, mantra, healing songs, toning, overtone vocalizations, with and without instrumental accompaniment.
Traditional Indian music is renowned worldwide as a sacred musical tradition that is unique, mystical, complex, and deep. In this concert and workshop, participants will be introduced to Indian Classical Music and mantra through the concepts of melody, intonation, mood, rhythm and raga.
