On this Women’s Day, we invite women to gift themselves the blessing of sacred space in the company of one another. In this special edition of Prayer Carriers, participants will be guided through a gentle yoga practice designed to honor the nature and wisdom of the women’s body. We will then share in a cacao ceremony devoted to honoring the divine, opening our hearts to connection and renewal. Our time together will close with a sweet and insightful talk on nutrition and wellness for women’s bodies, followed by a nourishing treat to ground and complete the experience.
Prayer Carriers is a call to re-ignite this sacred ritual, bringing together women from all walks of life to share, to pray, to dream, and to find the healing prayers and actions that guide us all towards a more natural existence.
