The second body in Kundalini Yoga is known as the negative mind. It is the part of the brain which reacts negatively to everything it encounters.  Its ultimate role is to preserve and protect us.  It calculates risk and finds potential pitfalls to keep us from harm.

A negative mind that is too strong can overwhelm the positive and neutral minds, leaving you disconnected and sad.  A negative mind that is too weak can leave you exposed to danger and foolish decisions (source).

Join us for a practice to balance the negative mind.

Certain scriptures say that Kundalini Yoga is the fastest way to create the transformation, the lightening and the enlightenment that each individual is seeking. It is the fastest way to establish an aligned relationship between the body, mind and the soul.
