In the height of mid-summer, we gather in celebration of the radiant energy of creation.
As the Sun moves through Leo, we are invited into the heart—into courage, expression, and the living light that animates all things. The Sun, center of our solar system and source of life, reminds us of our own inner luminosity and our connection to the greater web of existence. At the same time, we are in the aura of the full moon lunar eclipse in Aquarius, which shines a light on all of the ways we are working to express our individual vision within the context of the greater collective.
This eclipse signals a new two year nodal-cycle, a collective story unfolding within the context of the lunar nodes shifting to help us align our heart (Leo) with our mind (Aquarius). Known to some as the axis of Ego and to others as the vertical axis of the Spirit, we are gifted the opportunity to transcend our limitiations and transform our relationship with ourselves.
This an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and enter into a deeper relationship with the light within and around you.
The evening will include teachings and study of the Sun in Leo and Moon in Aquarius, a heart-opening guided meditation, heart-song freeing the voice session, and a flower-blessing ceremony. We will close with time for reflection, integration, and connection within a supportive container.
Each participant will receive a sunflower for continued meditation, and a pillar candle to carry the practice forward beyond our time together.
This Anahata Session is both a celebration and an initiation, an invitation to align with the rhythm of the Sun, soften into the wisdom of the heart, and remember your place within the greater field of creation.
