Together, we will explore the current astrological transits through the lens of Virgo, an archetype of devotion, discernment, and sacred service. Through guided reflection, we contemplate how this season calls us to tend to the subtle details of our lives and the lives of those around us with love, intention, and integrity.
The evening will open in the field between sound and silence, allowing the mind to quiet and the heart center (Anahata) to gently awaken. From this point of clarity and stillness, you will be invited into a ritual of self-devotion: writing a love letter to yourself. This is an offering of tenderness, truth, and future blessing—words from your present self to the one you are becoming. These letters will be placed into a communal basket and later redistributed at random, allowing each participant to receive a mysterious message of love and insight—an echo from the collective heart, arriving right on time.
From this place, we will learn a sacred song, weaving our voices together in a devotional practice that harmonizes breath, body, and spirit. No prior singing experience is needed—only a willingness to listen and be heard. This is an evening of refinement and release, of sacred order and intuitive flow. A space to remember that devotion to self is devotion to all. Come as you are. Leave with a fuller heart.
In each Anahata Session, participants are guided through a unique, heart-centered journey that may include practices such as tarot, sound healing, lightwork, reiki, astrology, and ayurveda. Each month’s offerings are carefully selected to inspire insight, facilitate transformation, and bring the mind, body, and spirit into deeper alignment with the self, the earth, and the cosmos.
