We will gather while still in the luminous halo of the supercharged New Moon in Aquarius—a powerful portal for visioning, innovation, and renewal. Across the world, cultures are honoring this moment of transition, from the Mayan Wayeb (New Year) to the Chinese New Year, alongside the regenerative energy of this New Moon solar eclipse. Together, these converging cycles invite us to pause, reflect, and consciously set intentions for what we wish to bring into our lives, as we shift from the me to the we.
In this healing night, participants will receive individual hands-on healing, sonic acupuncture, personal meditation practice guidance, and we will conclude with a collective meditation. This is a space to nourish our hearts and minds, preparing for the many changes ahead. Through community weaving and shared presence, we open ourselves to receive new visions and innovations for our lives, and to more fully express the energy we are being called into this year.
The gathering will begin with an intention-setting circle, accompanied by a warming tea to open our hearts and honor the turning of the seasons. We will close with a heartfelt gratitude circle — a space to reflect, integrate, and share — while enjoying a soothing herbal infusion and a lovingly prepared vegan sweet.***
In each Anahata Session, participants are guided through a unique, heart-centered journey that may include practices such as tarot, sound healing, lightwork, reiki, astrology, and ayurveda. Each month’s offerings are carefully selected to inspire insight, facilitate transformation, and bring the mind, body, and spirit into deeper alignment with the self, the earth, and the cosmos.
