Course description:
Astrology is an ancient science of the influence that celestial bodies have on our lives. Studying this knowledge can be a very powerful tool of self-discovery and compass in the process of your transformation. Through astrology, we can gain a deeper understanding of our potentials in this life and knowledge of how we can use them. When combined with some understanding of the psychological processes and phenomenons, this can be a really powerful tool for personal healing, growth, and evolution.
A lifetime is not enough to study this system but after this course, you will gain an understanding of basic principles and language used in astrology so you can explore your own birth chart and go further, deepening your experience with this sacred science.
Organizational Information:
The course is fully online. There will be 8 online classes (live webinars), 90 minutes each. Lectures will be recorded and accessible for students during the whole course.

Participants will get links to all classes after registration.
The minimum amount of group participants: 12
Additionally, participants will have access to the online learning platform with course materials (slides, videos) and weekly activities (discussion, assignments, etc.), facilitated by the teacher. Everyone interested will have a chance to have their natal chart discussed by other participants and facilitators.
Platform activity is not obligatory but recommended, as it will support your learning process and let us stay connected to each other in this amazing journey into astrology.

Also, we will learn the basic terms, necessary to continue further study: zodiac, planets, elements, modes, signs, houses, aspects, and transits. Livestream Webinar 2: Zodiac Signs and Their Rulers - Fire ElementDuring this section, we will explore how different elements manifest in our lives and how to identify them in the birth chart. In which area of life are we passionate warriors? Where are we cold and distant thinkers? Where compassionate supporters of other people in their hardship, and where are we most pragmatic “doers”?Online activity (platform): Which planets are the main forces in my natal chart?
Livestream Webinar 3: Zodiac Signs and Their Rulers - Earth ElementWe will continue our immersion into the elements. Online activity (platform): Planets as a part of personality: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars.
Webinar 4: Zodiac Signs and Their Rulers: Air ElementWe will continue our immersion into the elements. Online activity (platform): Social planets in the natal chart - meaning and placement. The psychological meaning of the “Saturn return” process.

Webinar 6: Astrological Houses - Areas of Our LifeDuring this class, we will learn about houses - a division based on diurnal cycles of the Sun, which indicates areas of our life where energies represented by the planets manifest. Online activity (platform): Astrological houses in my natal chart.
Webinar 7: Planetary Aspects as a key to individual chartThe “aspect” (angular relationship) tells us that there is a connection between certain planets. Types of the aspect (angle between the planets) will tell us how will we be integrating these energies in our life. Online activity (platform): Identifying main aspects in my natal chart.

About Presenters
Mateo and Dorota Bazgier are members of the Golden Drum. Originally from Poland, they have been studying with their teacher Maestro Manuel Rufino and the community for almost 10 years now.
Mateo was born into a family of astrologers, soaking up the cosmic knowledge since childhood, and also studying it with several teachers, such as Maestro Manuel Rufino, A.T. Mann, Kypacha, Anne Ortlee, Mark Waltz, since he was 22. He is also a multi-instrumentalist, sound engineer and sound healer, which he combines with the astrology with great success (for more info go to http://thecosmoswithinus.com/).
Dorota is a psychologist, PhD. in humanistic sciences, the former academic teacher and trainer, and process-work enthusiast. As far as she remembers, she was fascinated by something that we “cannot touch and see with regular eyes” - spirituality, psychology, astrology. As the years came by, she went deeper into the astrology studies, combining astrology with psychological knowledge. She is deeply fascinated by the possibilities of using astrology and psychology for personal healing, transformation, and growth, and she is happy to assist people with this process, during classes, courses, or individual sessions.
