Members of Golden Drum traveled with Maestro Manuel Rufino for a weekend long retreat.  Everyone practiced yoga, participated in a sound bath meditation lead by members of Dream Seed, built and participated in a sweat lodge ceremony, and ate delicious vegetarian food.
