Dream Seed invites you for an immersive evening of healing and transformation in a collaboration with Anahata Sessions. Participants will create intentions for the coming New Year, we will have a candle meditation and vision practice to begin our sonic journey with Dream Seed, and Dream Seed will provide transcendental sound while participants receive personal healing, designed to foster deep relaxation, expand consciousness, and support personal growth and renewal.

Buoyed on the energies of the Winter Solstice and the return of the Light, we gather to capture the essence of the unforgettable and intangible. Sitting with gratitude, presence, and awareness to re-collect the journey we have individually and collectively taken over this past year. Harvesting the beautiful memories and transforming the lessons into blessings. In the liminal space between the Solstice and New Year, we connect with our light and release anything that doesn’t serve our evolution as spiritual beings. We’ll begin with an intention-setting circle, accompanied by a warming tea to open our hearts and connect with the change of seasons and closing of the year.
We will close with a heartfelt gratitude circle — a space to reflect, integrate, and share — while enjoying a soothing herbal infusion and a lovingly prepared vegan sweet.***
