Full Moon Meditation | Scorpio Sun x Taurus Moon

  • Golden Drum 97 Green St. G1 Brooklyn, NY, 11222 Unites States of America (map)

Scorpio season is upon us. A moment when the veil between worlds is thin, where we honor those who have transitioned and those who are here with us. Scorpio season is a sign of transformation and magic.

With the moon illuminated in Taurus, we are walking the axis of our internal and external resources. Whats mine and what’s our? There can be a tension between self-sufficiency and interdependence. So this can be a good time to reflect on what resources you carry that you can share within your relationships, and how to stay balanced and rooted within yourself as you do so.

Join us for this moment of self-care through conscious connection to the astrological moment with a sound bath.

About the Facilitators:

Cassie Luzenski is a multi-disciplinary artist, creating experiences through her training as a designer (B.A, in Creative Direction, Design), Sound Meditation Facilitator, Yoga teacher and Shamanic Reiki practitioner. With a deep passion for holistic well-being, spiritual studies and designing intentional spaces, Cassie has spent the past three years immersing herself in a variety of spiritual, cultural, and traditional practices with many elders and wisdom-keepers around the world. She is working to merge the world of art, music and healing.

Adrian DiMatteo (B.M. Eastman School of Music, 2012) is the founder of the Sonic Institute. He is an international performing and recording artist, author (Elements of Sound: A Full-Spectrum Exploration of Sound and Consciousness), music educator, app creator (Chord Atlas), and sound meditation facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in the music world. Adrian has toured and traveled extensively—exploring sound, language, musical culture and how they affect individual and collective wellbeing. Hundreds of students have graduated from Sound Healer Training programs and weekend retreats that Adrian regularly facilitates nationwide. To date, he has offered musical experiences to thousands of people in hospitals, hospices, elder care facilities, prisons and children’s centers.

The Sonic Institute offers experiential workshops, music lessons, healing sessions, events and training designed to help people connect with sound and music as a tool for meditation and healing. Our programs unite ancient spirituality with modern science to reveal the impact of sound vibration on health and consciousness. Through online & in-person lessons, sound baths, presentations and interactive workshops, participants gain skills and knowledge needed to facilitate guided meditation and sound healing experiences.
